Who This Applies To

This policy covers information collected through the contact form on outmane.com and the NFC card page at go.outmane.com. It applies to anyone who interacts with these forms or pages.

What Is Collected

The contact form collects your name, email address, budget range, and the message you choose to write. Your IP address is also recorded automatically at the time of submission for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

If you begin filling in the form but do not click "Send message," your name and email address may still be saved to the database once both fields contain valid values. This is indicated by a message not sent flag in the record.

How It Is Used

Your information is used to review your enquiry and reply to you directly about your project or request. It may also be used for retargeting or direct marketing communications related to design services — for example, a follow-up if your enquiry was not completed. You may opt out of any marketing communication at any time by emailing contact@outmane.com.

Storage and Retention

Submissions are stored in a secured MySQL database on Hostinger's servers. Records are retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, unless an active or ongoing business relationship requires a longer period. After that period, records are deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

Your details are never sold or rented to third parties. They are only accessible to the site owner and, where technically necessary, to Hostinger as the hosting infrastructure provider. No data is shared with advertising networks or data brokers.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held about you. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@outmane.com with the subject line "Data Request." Requests will be handled within 30 days.

Security

The site uses server-side input validation, prepared SQL statements to prevent injection attacks, a honeypot field to filter automated submissions, HTTP security headers, and HTTPS encryption in transit. The database is hosted on a private server not directly accessible from the public internet.
